Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Purchases: Lemon Squeezy processes payments as our Merchant of Record. We receive your name, email address and order details, but never your full card details.
- Usage: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn't track you across sites and collects only aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type).
- Email: if you contact us, we keep your messages so we can help you.
- Tool data: where possible, our tools process your data in your browser. If a tool stores data on our servers, its page says so.
Product waitlists
If you join a tool's Pro waitlist, we store your email address, the plan you clicked and the time you signed up in that tool's database, hosted on Cloudflare. Depending on the tool, we also store the Pro feature you clicked, the time you ticked the consent box, what you make (CostPerBatch) or your approximate USDA zone, never your ZIP (FrostLine). We use it to send one email when Pro launches. We never share or sell it. To be removed, reply to that email or write to [email protected], and we will delete it.
Each tool's privacy page lists exactly what it stores: BingoSheet, PuzzleSheet, TranscriptKit, CostPerBatch and FrostLine.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and support our products, process orders and improve our tools. We don't sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use Lemon Squeezy for payments and Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us.
